Aimee James // Testimony

I asked Jesus to be in my heart when I was a little girl. He has always been a part of my life but it was an on/off relationship. After five years of being part of Cornerstone, I've decided to take the next step in my faith.
Life before Jesus was unsure. Lots of unanswered questions and events would waver my faith. When I made that decision to come to Cornerstone, I was looking for a Savior. I needed someone that would be with me and I could turn to and lean into when I had those moments of doubt. Life is easier to navigate with Jesus. He is just so faithful and fulfilling.

My five children now have Godly people that invest in each and every one of them. I have a network of women I can turn to. I have friends and other church family that have shown up when my own family did not. There is a support system that can connect you to any path you are heading down.

Rachel Carpenter and Meghan Oberlin are two amazingly Godly women that have brought me closer in my faith than I ever imagined. Being a part of the Cornerstone Family is something you don't wanna miss out on. There is something different with our church, and that's what draws you in and fills your soul where you need it the most.

I am got baptized because I want to publicly declare my new life in Christ, and be more like Jesus.
