Merry Christmas Eve-Eve, Cornerstone!

That night there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.” Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—
praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”
When the angels had returned to heaven, the shepherds said,“Let’s go to Bethlehem!
Let’s see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
Luke 2:6-15 NLT

It’s finally here! Christmas is just a few days away. I’m sure you have plans, traditions, and routines that await you during the next couple days.

But in the midst of all the “hustle and bustle,” I want to offer to you the same invitation the shepherds received from the angels over 2,000 years ago...

Come and See.
Come and see that God is good on His word.
Come and see what it’s like to have a church family.
Come and see what God can do through you.
Come and see that you can have a fulfilling future.
Come and see what God can do with your obedience.
Come and see what it means to find the Father.
Come and See.

This Christmas, I invite you to make time to come and see what God is up to. He’s doing incredible things in our community—in our church family and through our church family.

And I want you to come and see what he wants to do in you.

Maybe it's been a long time since you’ve worshipped. We’ve been out of physical church since March, and maybe you’re not the “techie type,” so watching online isn’t your thing. Or maybe you’ve just filled up your schedule with other pressing things, and gathering for church has fallen by the wayside.

Whatever the case, do what you can to make some time during the next couple days.

You can watch and worship from the comfort of your home, or you can register and come to one of our in-person watch parties.

Just make sure that you don’t miss out on what God wants you to experience.
Come and See.

Keep Encouraged!
